Payments within HALPII (identity verification and additional storage) are processed through external payment processors depending on your country of registration:
- MercadoPago: Peru
- dLocal: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, and Uruguay
If your country is not listed above, some paid features (verification or storage) may be temporarily unavailable. Payment processor coverage may expand in the future.
Where purchases are made: For now, identity verification and additional storage purchases are made exclusively through the HALPII web portal (portal.halpii.com → sign in → Settings), not within the mobile app.
6.2 Payment data
- HALPII does not store credit or debit card numbers
- Card tokenization and processing is handled directly by the corresponding payment processor (MercadoPago or dLocal)

6.3 Currency and pricing
- Prices within the app are displayed in the local currency of your country of registration when supported, or in US dollars (USD) as a reference
- Charges are processed in the local currency of the country when supported by the payment processor
- If your card is denominated in a different currency than the charge, your bank will perform the conversion at the applicable exchange rate and may apply international transaction fees
- HALPII is not responsible for differences arising from exchange rates or bank fees applied by your financial institution
6.4 Electronic receipts
HALPII generates electronic receipts (boletas and facturas) for all purchases made on the platform, in accordance with Peruvian tax law (SUNAT).

Tax details configuration:
- You can configure your billing details from Settings > Billing details in the app
- If you provide your DNI (8 digits), a sales receipt will be issued with your DNI
- If you provide your RUC (11 digits) and business name, an electronic invoice (factura electronica) will be issued
Viewing receipts:
- Your receipts are available in the "My Receipts" section within the app
- You can filter them by type (boleta or factura) and by date range
- If the receipt was accepted by SUNAT, you can download the PDF from the app
Email delivery:
- If you have an email address registered on your account, the receipt will be automatically sent to your email after each successful purchase
User responsibility:
- You are responsible for correctly entering your tax details (DNI, RUC, business name, and fiscal address)
- HALPII is not liable for receipts issued with incorrect details provided by the user
- Once an electronic receipt has been issued to SUNAT, it cannot be modified or voided due to errors in the tax details entered by the user
Currency:
- Electronic receipts are issued in Peruvian soles (PEN) for purchases processed in Peru
Users outside Peru:
- The issuance of electronic receipts to SUNAT applies to purchases processed in Peru
- If you are in another country, the corresponding payment processor (MercadoPago or dLocal) may issue its own receipts in accordance with applicable local law
- In any case, you will receive a purchase confirmation within the app
Note: Additionally, the payment processor used (MercadoPago or dLocal) may provide its own payment receipts in accordance with applicable local law.
